Very poor and disorganized, lots of confusion and time spent waiting around. The tour guide, Susie, in Pompeii was knowledgeable but rude and unapproachable. The audio equipment was also poor, making it very hard to hear. I would recommend another tour.

Lots of confusion in transportation.

The tour in Pompeii was great, but the one from Naples was bad. Very fast, stopped only at 2 places, and besides, I bought it in Spanish, and the guide spoke everything in Italian to some native people, translating to Spanish speakers only after we had already left the tourist spot. Very bad.

The guide was knowledgeable and had a nice personality, but it was difficult for me and others to keep up with her pace. She could have done a better job of keeping the group together.

The trip was good. Driving was challenging due to rocky routes, lots of ups and downs. Maybe too much waiting from time to time before the tour. After the tour, I would have liked clear instructions, for example, an hour of my own time for further research, shopping, etc. The guide took good care of the hikers.
